Here are the lyrics for Blaise Plant’s charity single, “take my hand.” I transcribed it from both the live version and recorded version so the Japanese parts (in romanji only by the way) aren’t 100% accurate. I’ll also list some variants of the lyrics.

open your heart with a little smile
free out your mind don’t block it out
here is the moment you’ve been dreaming
and others would scorn you for your charm
top of the world without a doubt
painting a picture of your life

coz tonight’s the night
the time to shine
to lift you up
and free your mind
not long ago
you had the glow[1]
not long ago
you felt alive

take my hand, time for walking out the door
take me back, to the place I was before
take my hand you will find where you belong
no matter where you are, you’ve got life

osorettemo kowarettemo
kioku wa iruwasenai
naku kimi no soba iita
mae mu kide iru dakeja
damekamoshi re naikedo
egao oshinjitte

coz tonight’s the night
the time to shine
hikari gamaba yuku
not long ago
you had the glow
imakamunjiru[2]
your life

take my hand, time for walking out the door
take me back, to the place I was before
take my hand you will find where you belong
hitori janai, you’ve got life

Variants:

[1]In the live version, Blaise sings, “not long ago, we felt the glow, not long ago, we felt alive.”

[2]In the live version, Blaise sings, “not long ago, you felt alive,” instead of “imakamunjiru, your life.”
